The Group intends to develop the fifth phase of the New Mandarine City into a shopping mall with a planned total GFA of approximately 202,106 sq.m. The shopping mall is cinema and numerous restaurants as well as a broad range of themed retail outlets. According to the current plan. The mall will be accessible via elevated walkways connected to Xinzhuang subway station. The Directors expect the necessities to New Mandarine City¡¯s residents.
