The signing ceremony and the press conference of ¡°BGA Soil Conditioner¡± and ¡°ATK Plant Nutrient Water¡±, the world's newest scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, which cooperating in poverty alleviation by Capital project management center, Poverty Alleviation and Reduction, the State Council Leading Group Office, P.R.C, and SSW, was held in Beijing successfully. liuJian, counselor of the State Council and chairman of International Poverty Reduction Center in China, Wang Guoliang, vice-chairman of the Poverty Alleviation and Reduction, the State Council Leading Group Office, P.R.C, Gao Hongbin, the vice-chairman of Ministry of Agriculture, Fan Zengyu, chairman of the Capital project management center, Poverty Alleviation and Reduction, the State Council Leading Group Office, P.R.C, Hu Xitao, vice-chairman of the Beijing New Fourth Army Research Association, and some other members attended the ceremony. Some experts and scholars coming from agricultural scientific research department both at home and abroad, and also the news media attended the ceremony at the same time.

Part soil of poverty-stricken areas in our country is poor and seriously desert which is restricted to not only shaking off poverty and becoming well off through agriculture, but also the Economic and ecological sustainable development. This cooperation reflects a high-level trust by Poverty Alleviation Office, the State Council to our group. More importantly, it reflects our government putting a new premium on Poverty Alleviation.
